Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided:

We cannot guarantee recovery of packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

Items marked as Pre-Order or Backorder will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page whenever possible.
