At Stay Collecting, we strive to provide a fair and transparent shopping experience for all customers. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, whether for an in-stock item or a pre-order item, it may be eligible for cancellation prior to shipment. However, all approved cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.
Refund Method
Due to the nature of our products and inventory planning, we do not issue refunds to the original payment method for canceled orders.
If a cancellation request is approved, the customer will receive the full eligible refund amount in the form of a store gift card that can be used toward future purchases on our website.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-order purchases reserve inventory specifically for the customer.
- Customers may request to cancel a pre-order before the item ships.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded exclusively as a store gift card.
- Once a pre-order item has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.
In-Stock Items
- Orders for in-stock items may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded exclusively as a store gift card.
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Gift Card Terms
- Gift cards issued as part of a cancellation are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
- Gift cards may be used toward any eligible purchase on our website.
- Any remaining balance will remain available for future use until depleted.
Right to Refuse Cancellation Requests
We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests for orders that have already entered processing, packing, or shipping stages, or for any situation where cancellation is no longer operationally possible.
